Roasted garlic meatball and penne pasta

Ingredients Needed - 5 Servings

  1. 1lb 10oz Frozen Rosina Meatballs

  2. 1 Jar of Classico Roasted Garlic sauce

  3. 1 cup of pasta water

  4. 2 tbs Traeger Garlic and Chili Pepper Rub

  5. 1 tbs Italian Caprese seasoning

  6. 1lb Barilla Penne Pasta

  7. Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Steps

  1. Cook pasta for about 10-12 mintes for al dente. (Save 1 cup of the pasta water)

  2. Turn on crockpot to LOW

  3. Add everything minus the pasta to the crockpot and stir.

  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (Meatballs are already cooked so time can vary)

  5. Once the meatballs are done bathing in the sauce divid the pasta into 5 containers (I always use glass to avoid sauce stains) then layer evenly the meatballs and sauce over the pasta and top with grated parmesan cheese. (If you like spice also top with some crushed red pepper)

  6. These meals with be good all week long and to reheat just pop in the microwave for 2 minutes.
