Game Day Buffalo chicken dip

Ingredients Needed - Party Size

  1. 2 x 7.5 oz of cooked canned chicken

  2. 2 tbs Traeger Garlic and Chili Pepper Rub

  3. 12 oz Franks Garlic Buffalo Wing sauce

  4. 1 Ranch Seasoning packet

  5. 8 oz goat cheese crumble

  6. 16 oz cream cheese

  7. 16 oz sour cream

  8. scallions (sliced)

  9. Frenchs Crispy Fried Onion (crushed to bits)

Cooking Steps

  1. Create ranch dip by mixing ranch seasoning packet with sour cream.

  2. Mix all ingredients minus scallions, crispy onion bits and 2 oz of goat cheese (these will be toppers at the end).

  3. Smoke/Grill at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

  4. Mix and stir very well.

  5. 10 more minutes at 350 degrees.

  6. Stir, remove and top with scallions, fried onion bits and remainder of the goat cheese.

  7. Serve with restaurant style tortilla chips.
