fire roasted garlic and habanero wings
Ingredients Needed - 30 piece
15 whole chicken wings (separate drumette, wingette and wing tip).
Traeger Garlic and Chili Pepper Rub
Melindas Fire Roasted Garlic and Habanero Pepper Sauce (any sauce of your choosing will be just fine).
Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray
Sides and condiments of your choosing such as carrots, celery and ranch.
Cooking Steps
Separate drumette, wingette and wing tip (keep tips and excess trimmings these can be used later to make a chicken stock).
Pat down dry the drummette and wingette’s.
Evenly spary with Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spary and a layer of Traeger Garlic and Chili Pepper Rub to both sides.
Pre Heat your grill to 375 degrees.
Once pre heated, spray grill grates with oil to avoid sticking.
Cook wings for 45 minutes flipping every 15 minutes untill they are nice and crispy and have an internal temp of at least 200 degrees.
Cool wings on butcher paper for about 10 minutes.
Add Melindas Fire Roasted Garlic and Habanero suace (or your sauce of choosing).
Serve with a side of carrots and celery along with your favorite dip such as ranch.
