Deluxe Tuna Melt
Ingredients Needed - 4 Servings
2 Tbs Butter
2 Slices of Sourdough Bread
2 Cans of Tuna
1 Fresh Jalapeño (Diced)
1 Celery Stalk (Diced)
1 Apple (Diced)
1/2 Cup of Shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend
2 Tbs Cracked Olive Salad
1 Tbs Salt and Pepper
1 Tbs Paprika
1/2 Tbs Cayenne
1/2 Tbs Adobo
1 Tbs Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbs HCO Pepper Flakes
6 Tbs Olive Oil Mayo
Cooking Steps
Mix all ingredients (minus butter and half of the cheese) into a bowl until well combined.
Spread an even layer of mix on both sided of the sourdough bread.
Top off with remainder of cheese.
Heat pan to Medium High heat and melt butter.
Once butter fully melts add both slices directly to the pan, cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove lid and carefully combine both slices to create the melt.
Add a sprinkle of Adobo on both sides before removing from pan, slice in half and serve.
